MSP IT System Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled IT System Administrator to join our team at King Tech Repair. As a System Engineer, you will be responsible for deploying and supporting small-to-medium business environments, including servers, networking, virtualization, and the cloud.
Key Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot and deploy Windows environments
- Administer MS Office 365 with domain synchronization and migrations from G-suite and Exchange or other providers
- Work with managed service provider experience
- Create Active Directory and Group Policy configurations
- Utilize superior troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience with VMware and/or Hyper-V
- P2V migration experience
- Ticketing and R.M.M. experience with ConnectWise
- Implement network software and hardware upgrades with Cisco Meraki, SonicWall, and FortiGate
- Configure and manage firewalls, switches, W.A.P.s, VPNs, and other network appliances
- Support end-users in a help desk and on-site environment, resolving hardware/software issues
- Participate in Project Delivery teams, providing hands-on technical support for complex projects
- Act as an escalation point for Tier III support issues
- Configure servers and other critical components in Azure
- Administer and support Azure and A.W.S.
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience in deploying and supporting small-to-medium business environments
- Excellent customer service skills
- Desire to increase knowledge of cloud technology, virtualization, and networks for small-to-medium business solutions
