G&A Partners' client is currently looking for a Product Program Coordinator (Full-Time/Seasonal) to become part of its team.


Girl Scouts of Southwest Texas (GSSWT) is dedicated to empowering over 15,000 Girl Scouts (both girls and adults) across a wide region.

As the leading organization for girls' leadership development, Girl Scouts cultivates courage, confidence, and character in young women, enabling them to positively impact their communities.


The Product Program Coordinator plays a vital role in providing administrative assistance to the Product Program department, which manages two key seasonal fundraising initiatives for local troops—the Fall Product Program and the Girl Scout Cookie Program.


Responsibilities:


1. Deliver administrative support to the Product Program department, including managing user information on product program online platforms and maintaining product program logs.

2. Offer quality program assistance to volunteers, parents, and staff through in-person support, phone communication, and email correspondence.

3. Aid in the organization and preparation of materials for product program volunteer meetings, training sessions, and events.

4. Facilitate the distribution of program materials in alignment with council policies and standards.

5. Assist in coordinating council booth locations across the service area.

6. Support the daily operations of a seasonal cookie warehouse, which may include weekend coverage during peak periods.

7. Collaborate with staff on project-based assignments.

8. Maintain the volunteer database by accurately and promptly entering case information.

9. Undertake additional duties as assigned to further the council's mission and objectives.

10. Contribute to creating a positive and enjoyable workplace environment.

Qualifications:

Education/Experience:

An associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical institution; or three to five years of relevant experience; or a combination of education and experience.


Licensure/Membership Requirements:

All employees with GSSWT are required to maintain membership with Girl Scouts of the United States of America (GSUSA).

Language Ability:
Proficient in reading, analyzing, and interpreting program guides. Capable of responding to common inquiries or complaints from volunteers, customers, or community members.

Ability to perform basic calculations and apply mathematical concepts.

Reasoning Ability:
Ability to identify problems, gather data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Computer Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, and Word). If not yet proficient, must be confident in the ability to learn necessary computer skills.

Design Ability:
Capable of creating visual and printed materials following established styles and formats.

The current Product Program department consists of a Director of Product Program, a Product Program Manager, a Product Program Specialist, and two Product Program Assistants (Full-Time and Part-Time).
