About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a positive and engaging store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Provide personalized service to customers, ensuring a positive and lasting impression
    • Engage with multiple clients at the cash wrap, creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere
    • Accurately and efficiently process transactions, sales, returns, and exchanges
  • Sales and Merchandising
    • Offer personalized product recommendations to customers, enhancing their shopping experience
    • Ensure accurate pricing and ringing of merchandise, utilizing price overrides when necessary
    • Maximize sales opportunities by promoting products and services
  • Store Operations
    • Maintain a clean and organized cash wrap area, adhering to visual standards
    • Manage inventory and merchandise, ensuring accurate stock levels
    • Perform other duties as assigned by management, complying with company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
    • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Ability to operate a POS system
    • Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 75 pounds, while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques
  • Availability
    • Part-time flexibility required, with a minimum of two regularly scheduled shifts on the weekend and two during the week
