Job Title: Insurance Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team at Stern Agency Inc.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Manage large volumes of incoming calls, identify and assess customer needs, and provide accurate and complete information to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Relationship Building: Build sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication, ensuring trust and loyalty.
  • Problem-Solving: Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner, following communication procedures and guidelines.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents as required.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Skills: Strong phone contact handling skills, active listening, customer orientation, excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Education: High school degree.
