- Message Relay: Take and relay messages regarding medical inquiries to the appropriate healthcare providers.
- Call Routing: Direct calls to the relevant staff members as required.
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive office assistance to physicians, including document scanning, letter typing, and material preparation for academic purposes.
- Patient Records Management: Uphold HIPAA confidentiality standards while discussing patient information.
- Customer Service Excellence: Exhibit outstanding service to both internal and external clients.
- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a medical office setting is essential.
