Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Vendor and Employee Expense Processing: Review and process employee expense reports, invoices, and vouchers in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Financial Research and Analysis: Conduct ad hoc research and analysis to ensure the highest level of quality and accuracy in payment processing.
  • Customer Service: Respond to internal and external inquiries, providing quality customer service and support.
  • Payment Processing: Prepare and process rush check batches, ACH payments, and distribute checks to check signers.
  • Vendor Management: Reconcile vendor statements, follow up with vendors, and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Year-End Audit Support: Assist with year-end audit requests and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED; Associate's Degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum one year of accounts payable experience using enterprise accounting systems; experience in a law firm or professional services organization preferred.
  • Skills: Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively; basic knowledge of MS suite of products; intermediate skill in operating standard office equipment; familiarity with automated financial management systems.
