We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Operations to oversee our company's operational activities and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, project management, and revenue forecasting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Oversee all aspects of the company's operational activities, including construction project management, revenue forecasting, resource allocation, and budget management.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency, streamline processes, and drive business growth.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor the operational team to ensure high performance, accountability, and alignment with company goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational challenges, develop solutions, and implement best practices.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing construction/installation and project management.
  • Skills: Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills with a focus on achieving organizational goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in operational management.
