We are currently seeking an Agronomic Sales Specialist to become an integral part of our team, focusing on advanced plant nutrition products tailored for the agricultural sector.

Role Overview
This position will involve providing specialized technical support within a dedicated Sales Team, primarily serving the Corn Belt region of the United States. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive product training and articulating the agronomic benefits of our offerings to a diverse audience, including customers, consultants, and farmers.

Key Responsibilities
- Take strategic ownership of a regional agronomy support initiative in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
- Educate both internal and external stakeholders on the agronomic advantages of Avature products.
- Cultivate relationships with customer sales and agronomy teams, farmers, researchers, and independent consultants, focusing on strategic partnerships with key accounts to foster business growth.
- Oversee a regional portfolio of significant field research projects aimed at assessing current and emerging technologies.
- Act as an industry representative and spokesperson for Avature, establishing a reputation as a thought leader and influencer within the agronomy community.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in presenting technical sales information to varied audiences.
- Background in designing and executing research trials, along with data analysis and summarization.
- Established ability to build and maintain a network of customer relationships.
- Familiarity with soil fertility management and nutrient efficiency products.
- Knowledge of common crops and cropping systems prevalent in the Corn Belt region.

Preferred Qualifications
- A Master's Degree or higher in Agronomy or a closely related field.
