About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Consumer Loan Sales Specialist to join our team at OneMain Financial. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth through effective relationship-building and financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Present and sell financial products and services to customers, ensuring a clear understanding of terms and conditions
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections and compliance activities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and best practices
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; sales, collections, or customer service experience preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish skills a plus
  • Ability to work a standard Monday-Friday schedule with occasional extended hours
