Client Service Representative

This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients by processing a variety of account transactions quickly and accurately. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for building relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities- Process customer account transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Learn and understand new and existing products and services, making recommendations to customers as needed
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve branch goals and objectives
- Perform cash handling functions, including balancing cash drawers and processing night deposits
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Some experience in customer service preferred
- Bilingual skills a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cash handling environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Umpqua Bank offers a competitive total rewards package, including base wages and comprehensive benefits. The pay range for this role is $18.00 to $20.00, and the pay rate for the selected candidate will be dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation.
