Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Patient Administrator to join our team. As a Patient Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our patients and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Registration: Greet patients and guests, register them into our computer systems, and ensure accurate and timely processing of patient information.
  • Intake and Discharge: Assist patients and guests through the intake and discharge processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Resource Allocation: Direct patients and guests to the correct resources and escort them when necessary, ensuring they receive the support and care they need.
  • Logistics and Supply Management: Distribute meals, personal hygiene items, and other necessary items, and maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Communication and Confidentiality: Utilize effective communication skills to ensure patient confidentiality and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Bilingualism: Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Covid Vaccination: Must be Covid vaccinated.
  • Availability: Must have weekend availability.
