Aritzia is expanding, and our Events & Experiences team is growing with it. You will play a pivotal role in the planning, organization, and execution of all Aritzia brand events, ensuring alignment with creative and business objectives. The Role

As the Manager, Events & Experiences (Brand), you will lead the team to:
  • Establish the overall vision, structure, and objective of the event.
  • Determine the aesthetic and experiential details of the event, including the host, venue, décor, menu, programming, attendee experience, and content plan.
  • Efficiently lead the operational elements of the event, including timeline, staffing, services & amenities, supplies & equipment, technology, shipping, insurance, and risk mitigation.
  • Manage execution of the event, including set up & tear down, onsite coordination, people management, troubleshooting, and quality assurance.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with top-tier vendors for event and experience delivery.
  • Meticulously manage and measure our events & experiences programs, including management of intake, processes, cross-functionals, spend, and performance.
  • Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
The Qualifications

The Manager, Events & Experiences has:
  • Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in events & experiences, particularly at a luxury fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brand.
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles.
  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business.
The Compensation

The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000-$150,000 USD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. If applicable, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
