Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Clay Lacy Aviation. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist clients, passengers, and crew members with a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
  • Coordinate and manage client arrivals and departures, including catering, ground transportation, and other logistical arrangements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, employees, and tenants to promote the FBO and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Arrange for fuel orders and other ground services for aircraft.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with escorting crew and passengers to and from security gates as needed.
  • Manage communication requests between UNICOM and line service.
  • Act as a liaison on behalf of the client with Client Services Concierge and Line Service Technicians and other departments to provide the highest level of service.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate to supervisor as needed.
  • Participate in daily interdepartmental meetings.
  • Provide feedback to leadership on ways to continuously improve service to our customers.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of work experience in a customer-facing role, customer service, or client relations in aviation and/or luxury hospitality.
  • Valid driver's license in the state of California.
  • JWA badge required.
  • Ability to drive a manual shift vehicle.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other necessary software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull luggage up to 75 lbs.
  • Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions.
