Job DescriptionAs an Aviation Security Specialist with Global Elite Group, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their assets. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a high level of situational awareness and vigilance in a fast-paced airport environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide access control and security oversight for aircraft, baggage, and catering operations
- Conduct thorough searches of aircraft and baggage to ensure compliance with regulations
- Verify passenger identification and ensure authorized access to flights
- Collaborate with airport and government agencies to maintain compliance with local and federal regulations
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- Valid State Security License (training provided)
- Ability to pass a 10-year background check and Security Threat Assessment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Reliable transportation and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
