Job Overview:

This position is designed to deliver expert pilot services in executing specialized company flight operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be prepared to fulfill corporate pilot requirements on short notice.
  • Conduct both two-crew and single pilot operations in King Air 200 and King Air 90 aircraft.
  • Provide temporary pilot assistance across all business divisions.
  • Carry out company-mandated return to service, ferry, and personnel/material positioning flights as required.
  • Represent Dynamic Aviation by projecting a confident and professional pilot demeanor to clients and the public.
  • Execute all responsibilities of Pilot in Command (PIC).
  • Offer leadership, guidance, and on-the-job training to First Officers.
  • Exhibit a proactive attitude by prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure safe and precise flying for client operations.
  • Timely completion of daily, weekly, or monthly reports (maintenance logs, timesheets, etc.).
  • Maintain the aircraft in compliance with 14CFR and company policies.
  • Perform additional duties as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Commercial Pilot License with Instrument and Multi-Engine ratings.
  • A minimum of 2000 hours of total flight time.
  • At least 500 PIC hours in King Air specific airframes.
  • Must hold a 2nd class medical certificate.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD secret clearance.
  • Willingness to be away from home for extended periods.
  • Position based in Bridgewater, VA.

Experience:

Prior experience operating medium to heavy multi-engine turboprop aircraft (or equivalent) in a professional aviation setting.
