Position Overview:
We are in search of a proficient and enthusiastic Aviation Maintenance Specialist to become a vital part of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess an A&P Certificate, A&P License, and A&P Certification, along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in aircraft maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute routine and non-routine maintenance on aircraft to guarantee safe and effective operation.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot aircraft systems to identify and rectify issues.
  • Conduct inspections and repairs on aircraft structures, engines, and avionics systems.
  • Maintain precise records of maintenance and repairs conducted on aircraft.
  • Collaborate with fellow maintenance specialists and pilots to uphold the highest maintenance standards.
  • Ensure adherence to all FAA regulations and company protocols.

Qualifications:
  • A&P Certificate, A&P License, and A&P Certification.
  • At least 3 years of experience in aircraft maintenance.
  • In-depth knowledge of aircraft systems, structures, engines, and avionics.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and diagnosing aircraft issues.
  • Strong attention to detail and capability to maintain accurate documentation.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Willingness to be available for on-call duties and weekend work as necessary.
