Position Overview:
The purpose of this role is to deliver expert pilot services for specialized company flight operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be prepared to fulfill corporate pilot requirements on short notice.
- Conduct both two-crew and single pilot operations in King Air 200 and King Air 90 aircraft.
- Offer short-term pilot assistance across all business units.
- Execute company-mandated return to service, ferry, and positioning flights for personnel and materials as required.
- Represent Dynamic Aviation with a confident and professional pilot demeanor to clients and the public.
- Fulfill all responsibilities of Pilot in Command (PIC).
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and on-the-job training to First Officers.
- Exhibit a proactive attitude focused on meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
- Ensure safe and precise flying for all customer operations.
- Timely completion of daily, weekly, or monthly reports (maintenance records, timesheets, etc.).
- Maintain the aircraft in compliance with 14CFR and company policies.
- Perform additional duties as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Commercial Pilot License with Instrument and Multi-Engine ratings.
- At least 2000 hours of total flight time.
- A minimum of 500 PIC hours in King Air specific airframes.
- Must hold at least a 2nd class medical certificate.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD secret clearance.
- Willingness to accommodate extended periods away from home.
- Position based in Bridgewater, VA.
Experience:
Prior experience operating medium to heavy multi-engine turboprop aircraft (or equivalent) in a professional aviation setting.
