About the Role

As an Accounting/HR Clerk at PlumpJack Inn, you will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure that our financial operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger
  • Perform general office duties, such as filing, handling routine correspondence, and maintaining contact lists
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including auditing employee files and training
  • Code documents according to company procedures and reconcile or note discrepancies found in records

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum one year work experience in Hospitality Accounting or related field

  • Detailed-oriented, organized, and efficient with strong verbal communication skills
