Executive Administrative Assistant

Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to our Executive Management Team.
Key Responsibilities- Perform a variety of highly confidential, sensitive, and time-sensitive administrative and executive support tasks.
- Conduct research, prepare summaries and reports, draft correspondence, and review legal documents.
- Coordinate executive calendars, meetings, travel, and special projects.
- Screen calls and visitors and facilitate communication on behalf of executives.
- Proactively resolve conflicts, collaborate with teams, and find innovative solutions.
- Act as a liaison and proxy for the leadership team as needed.
- Perform general administrative duties and assist with projects across departments.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety rules, and quality certification program requirements.

Requirements- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of three years of experience working in a law firm or five years as an executive administrative assistant (Paralegal experience preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
- Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and reputation for integrity and mature business judgment
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Valid Class D driver's license and eligibility for coverage under company insurance policies
