Job Summary

Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to our Executive Management Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of highly confidential, sensitive, and time-sensitive administrative and executive support tasks.
  • Conduct research, prepare summaries and reports, draft correspondence, and review legal documents.
  • Coordinate executive calendars, meetings, travel, and special projects.
  • Screen calls and visitors and facilitate communication on behalf of executives.
  • Proactively resolve conflicts, collaborate with teams, and find innovative solutions.
  • Act as a liaison and proxy for the leadership team as needed.
  • Perform general administrative duties and assist with projects across departments.
  • Adhere to all company policies, safety rules, and quality certification program requirements.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of three years of experience working in a law firm or five years as an executive administrative assistant (Paralegal experience preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
  • Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong work ethic and reputation for integrity and mature business judgment
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Valid Class D driver's license and eligibility for coverage under company insurance policies
