Key Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of payroll experience and 2 years of payroll tax experience.
- Process payroll for 1,500 employees, focusing on US and backup for international.
- Verify timekeeping data, handle special compensation, ensure payroll integrity, and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage multi-state tax jurisdictions, ensure tax compliance, assist with W-2 processing, and reconcile payroll transactions.
- Document processes, support audits, and liaise with other departments, maintaining professionalism throughout.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and (Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) is a significant advantage).
- Minimum 8 years of payroll experience.
- At least 2 years of payroll tax experience.
- Experience with Workday.
- Global payroll experience.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, and Data Validation.
