Key Responsibilities
  • Execute payroll cycles and associated payroll programs timely and accurately
  • Conduct pre and post payroll reconciliation and provide final sign-off
  • Perform complex analysis of payroll issues and implement sustainable solutions
  • Work closely with other business areas to ensure seamless end-to-end execution
  • Provide assistance to Payroll Specialists and Service Center agents as needed
Requirements
  • High School or GED
  • 3 years of hands-on payroll processing experience with a large size company
  • Previous experience/proven ability to accurately and timely complete all payroll processing responsibilities
  • ADP experience preferred
  • Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC), or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred
