About the Role

Coordinated Care Services, Inc. (CCSI) is seeking a visionary leader to fill the inaugural position of Chief Growth Officer. This exciting opportunity is designed for a strategic thinker who can drive business growth and innovation across multiple service lines.

The Chief Growth Officer will be responsible for developing and executing CCSI's integrated and long-term growth strategy, inspiring and leading teams to achieve business objectives. This role requires a collaborative leader who can build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering an environment that promotes sharing new ideas and making connections that add value across service lines and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to drive business expansion and innovation
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors
  • Collaborate with the executive leadership team to develop and implement business strategies
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business decisions
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure business growth and profitability
Requirements
  • Master's degree in business administration, public health, healthcare administration, public administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience in business development in the health/human services or related field
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and innovation through strategic planning and execution
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions

  • Competitive salary range: $165,000 to $175,000 (with opportunities for incentive compensation)
