Join Our Team as a Chief of Neonatology

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced neonatologist to lead our Division of Neonatology as Chief. As a key member of our Department of Pediatrics, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical, research, educational, and community engagement activities of the Division.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of success in clinical and academic leadership, with a commitment to mentoring and developing junior faculty and trainees. You will be responsible for leading recruiting efforts, ensuring career development, and fostering a collaborative environment within the Division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee clinical, research, educational, and community engagement activities of the Division
  • Lead recruiting efforts and ensure career development for Division faculty and trainees
  • Foster a collaborative environment within the Division
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the Division
  • Collaborate with other departments and institutions to advance neonatal care and research
Requirements

We are seeking a neonatologist with:

Neonatal-Perinatal fellowship training and board certificationProgressive leadership responsibility in neonatal-perinatal medicineAn independent scholarly portfolio and a track record of success in research or quality improvementExperience in mentoring trainees and junior facultyWhat We Offer
