You will be responsible for supervising nursing staff, coordinating patient care, and developing effective treatment plans in consultation with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Your expertise will contribute to the hospital's Performance Improvement Program, driving quality and excellence in patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage nursing staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive quality initiatives
  • Ensure seamless transitions between shifts, maintaining continuity of patient care
Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in nursing, with experience in medical intermediate care or similar settings
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff
  • Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on quality patient care
  • Proficiency in electronic health records and other relevant software systems
