Quality Assurance Role at Prince Industries LLC

Job Summary:

The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for ensuring that materials and products meet the company's quality standards. This involves inspecting products, developing and maintaining quality standards, and collaborating with the quality team to improve processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of products to ensure conformance to specifications.
  • Quality Standard Development: Develop, apply, and maintain quality standards for industrial processes, materials, and products.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the quality team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, quality standards, and process improvements.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with colleagues and management to ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree or certification in a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in inspection or quality control desired; more than 3 years' experience in a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Advanced math skills, ability to read and interpret blueprints, knowledge of inspection and quality control principles, and proficiency in using inspection measurement equipment.

Work Environment:

  • Physical Demands: Regularly sit, stand, or walk during shift hours; occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, or bend; lift, push, or pull weight up to specified limits.
  • Work Conditions: Occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and fumes; noise level in the work environment may be loud.
