  • Monitor and report on quality metrics, identifying trends and implementing corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Conduct meetings for root cause analysis and corrective actions to address quality issues promptly.
  • Enforce safety regulations and support staff development and performance to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Technology, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; extensive relevant experience considered.
  • 5-10 years in manufacturing quality assurance, with 1-3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Experience with plastics manufacturing (injection, blow, extrusion molding) is highly desirable.
  • Certifications such as Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, or ISO 9000 Lead Auditor are a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance methods, ISO standards, and manufacturing processes is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality metrics analysis is required.
  • Spanish fluency is a valuable asset.
