Position Summary
  • Evaluate the sufficiency and thoroughness of technical documentation and deviations concerning quality standards.
  • Engage with various departments to address quality-related inquiries and effectively resolve issues.
  • Organize and compile documentation necessary for Production Part Approval Processes (PPAP).
  • Interact directly with clients to clarify requirements, handle complaints, and manage certifications through the 8D process.
  • Provide support to the quality inspection team.
  • Oversee internal investigations and formulate corrective action strategies.
  • Assist Quality Management in spearheading significant continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct internal audits, customer audits, and site visits.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proficient in ISO 9001 standards.
  • Green Belt certification is required.
  • Experience with PPAPs and conducting audits.
  • Familiarity with additional standards such as AS 9100 and IATF 16949 is advantageous.

  • Competitive salary starting at $105,000.
