Key Responsibilities
- Exhibits proficiency in evaluating the sufficiency and thoroughness of technical documentation, deviations, and other quality-related data.
- Engages with various departments to address quality-related inquiries and challenges effectively.
- Organizes and compiles documentation necessary for Production Part Approval Processes (PPAP).
- Interacts directly with clients to resolve inquiries, requirements, complaints, and oversee the 8D process and certifications.
- Provides support to the quality inspection team.
- Directs internal investigations and develops corrective action strategies.
- Assists Quality Management in spearheading significant continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conducts internal investigations for incidents and manages in-house rejection processes, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
- Performs internal audits, customer audits, and customer visits.
- Undertakes additional responsibilities as assigned.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
- Experience with ISO 9001 standards is essential.
- Green belt certification is preferred.
- Familiarity with PPAP processes and audit procedures is necessary.
- Knowledge of additional standards such as AS 9100 and IATF 16949 is advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary starting from $105,000.
