Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough quality assessments on incoming materials, ongoing production processes, and completed products.
  • Employ a variety of measurement instruments, including micrometers, calipers, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM), to verify product adherence to specifications.
  • Perform visual evaluations to detect any defects or deviations from standards.
  • Review quality data and compile reports to communicate results to management.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve quality concerns and implement corrective measures.
  • Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and regulations, including CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices).
  • Maintain precise documentation of inspection outcomes and quality records.
  • Engage in continuous improvement efforts to enhance quality systems and processes.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of quality inspection methodologies and protocols.
