Job Summary

The Senior eCommerce Account Manager will be responsible for leading the eCommerce commercial operations and eTailer engagement at Kroger and all its banners. This includes full ownership of the Customer eCommerce P&L, optimizing Go To Market (GTM) for eTailers, business planning, Terms & Conditions negotiation, and JBP engagement. The ideal candidate will be proficient with tools & technology to win in eCommerce, including search, navigation, ratings & reviews, and taxonomy. Additionally, they will drive eVisibility, understand and report on metrics & tracking, and lead the implementation of corrective actions with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead eCommerce commercial operations and eTailer engagement at Kroger and all its banners.
  • Own the Customer eCommerce P&L and optimize Go To Market (GTM) for eTailers.
  • Develop and implement business plans, negotiate Terms & Conditions, and engage in JBP activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest tools & technology in the eCommerce space and drive eVisibility.
  • Understand and report on key metrics & tracking, and lead corrective actions with customers.

Requirements

Consumer Marketing
  • Proven record of marketing success, building brands, and growing market share through superior strategy, planning, and execution.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with experience interpreting test results and drawing conclusions.
  • Strong business judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate high-impact initiatives.

eCommerce & Digital Marketing
  • Direct responsibility for Customer Growth Strategy and Net Sales goals.
  • Experience in Digital Marketing, advertising, search, Consumer Relationship Management, and other related fields.
  • Strong understanding of digital fundamentals, including developing integrated communications strategies, websites, search, digital media, CRM/database marketing, social media, mobile marketing, measurement, and optimization.

Requirements
