SUMMARY:

A Regional Sales and Operations Manager at Ace Industries is deeply dedicated to service excellence and safety, with a strong focus on sales and operational efficiency. We are in search of a candidate who embodies self-sufficiency and motivation.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Ace Industries is a rapidly expanding specialty material handling organization with a presence across the United States. We are seeking a Regional Manager to oversee our operations in the western states, including California, Portland, and Seattle, as well as any future branches in the region.

Your expertise will guide our team of skilled sales and operations professionals in these areas. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in both operational and sales management within the industrial service or manufacturing sectors. At Ace, we value hands-on leadership, and we are looking for someone who has progressed through the ranks to a leadership position.

The right candidate will demonstrate a robust sales background, practical operational knowledge, and an innovative approach to talent acquisition.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with the VP of Sales and VP of Operations to establish and execute sales and operational strategies for the region.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure a satisfied and loyal customer base.
  • Convert strategic objectives into actionable goals for the western region and implement plans for local teams, including sales representatives, operations specialists, and field technicians.
  • Manage regional operations, sales, and employee performance.
  • Ensure effective recruitment, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention of the regional workforce.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years in multi-site leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting and performance metrics.
  • Exceptional data analysis skills, particularly with Excel.
  • Preferred: MBA or similar qualification, industry experience, engineering, and technical sales experience.

WORK DETAILS:

  • This is a full-time position with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be necessary.
  • Travel is expected to be approximately 50% of the time to various Ace Industries locations across the United States, requiring overnight stays.
