Job Summary:
The Little Caesars Operations Manager will report to the General Manager and be responsible for the day-to-day management of the restaurant. This includes overseeing all operational activities, such as product production, inventory management, personnel supervision, sales and marketing strategies, and financial performance. The Operations Manager will also ensure that the restaurant is operated in accordance with company guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and control all operational activities, including product production, inventory, personnel, sales, marketing, and financial performance.
- Oversee the restaurant's day-to-day operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Supervise and train personnel to ensure that they are meeting company standards.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
- Ensure that the restaurant is operated in accordance with company guidelines and policies.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a High School Diploma.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Minimum 1 - Year management experience in a QSR restaurant facility is a plus.
- Must be detail-oriented.
- Must have excellent Customer Service and Employee Relations skills.
- Must be able to perform under pressure in high volume situations.
- Must be capable of standing for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must have an open schedule and be able to work days, evenings, and weekends.
- Must be a leader and adhere to and enforce company policies.
