Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the on-site operations at the car wash, warmly welcoming and engaging with customers while setting a positive example for the team.
- Establish and uphold high standards of customer service, overseeing the daily operations of the facility to maximize sales and memberships through exemplary service.
- Ensure a pristine and safe environment for both staff and customers, paying meticulous attention to cleanliness and operational standards.
- Recruit and retain a talented team of dedicated individuals.
- Invest time in the professional development of team members, providing constructive feedback and opportunities for skill enhancement.
- Continuously enhance leadership capabilities through ongoing learning and development.
- Drive revenue growth by ensuring every customer is greeted with enthusiasm and respect.
- Collaborate with maintenance professionals to ensure the upkeep of equipment and supplies.
- Foster a positive work environment by mentoring and inspiring team members.
- Conduct regular meetings and training sessions to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage daily financial operations, including cash deposits and inventory management.

- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
- Proven track record in developing team members and leaders.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Experience in driving financial results.
- Exceptional customer service abilities.
- Familiarity with membership models and preventative maintenance programs is preferred.
- Ability to read, count, and write accurately.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with company standards.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role within a high-performing environment.
- Experience in hiring, training, and managing team members.
- Understanding of P&L statements and financial management.
- Retail experience is advantageous.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed.
- Valid driver's license required.
Work Environment:
This position involves working outdoors in a dynamic environment, which may include exposure to noise from car wash equipment. The role requires physical activity, including lifting, bending, and reaching.
Compensation and Benefits:
