Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the on-site operations at the car wash, warmly welcoming and engaging with customers while setting a positive example for the team.
  • Establish and uphold high standards of customer service, overseeing the daily operations of the facility to maximize sales and memberships through exemplary service.
  • Ensure a pristine and safe environment for both staff and customers, paying meticulous attention to cleanliness and operational standards.
  • Recruit and retain a talented team of dedicated individuals.
  • Invest time in the professional development of team members, providing constructive feedback and opportunities for skill enhancement.
  • Continuously enhance leadership capabilities through ongoing learning and development.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven track record in developing team members and leaders.

  • Experience in driving financial results.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Familiarity with membership models and preventative maintenance programs is preferred.
  • Ability to read, count, and write accurately.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with company standards.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role within a high-performing environment.
  • Experience in hiring, training, and managing team members.
  • Understanding of P&L statements and financial management.
  • Retail experience is advantageous.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed.
  • Valid driver's license required.

Work Environment:
This position involves working outdoors in a dynamic environment, which may include exposure to noise from car wash equipment. The role requires physical activity, including lifting, bending, and reaching.
