Business Development Manager

Ark Solutions, a leading staffing services provider, is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with client decision-makers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery
- Provide regular progress updates to senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and ability to leverage them for business growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
