Position Overview

This role is fully remote.

Applicants must possess experience in water and/or wastewater treatment to qualify.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales and Commercial Engineering teams to identify and evaluate new project opportunities during WIN reviews for both regional and global initiatives.
  • Offer technical and process expertise to fulfill the requirements of the Sales and Commercial Engineering teams.
  • Take charge of creating, developing, and assessing process design calculations and process flow diagrams (PFDs) for innovative applications within the Services sector, including greenfield projects, retrofits, and upgrades to existing assets.
  • Engage in P-table (Process) reviews prior to proposal submissions to ensure that proposed solutions align with treatment system goals and product specifications throughout the contract duration.
  • Participate in Peer Reviews of projects led by other Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) as necessary to support P-table evaluations.
  • Mentor and guide team members, sharing your expertise to enhance the collective knowledge of the team.
  • Assist in lifecycle cost analysis by comparing various flowsheets to determine the most effective technical strategy.
  • Work closely with Sales and CE teams to implement process design strategies that enhance the company's positioning in the early stages of project development, thereby increasing the likelihood of success.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with Regional Sales Managers, Local Representatives, and other Commercial Engineering teams.


Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in an Engineering discipline, preferably Mechanical, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in water and wastewater process engineering or equipment supply, ideally with hands-on experience in process equipment or plant operations.
  • At least 10 years of experience in detailed process design, with the ability to interpret proposal documents and specifications from both technical and commercial perspectives.

Additional Information:

Location: This position does not require a specific office location; however, a suitable home office setup is acceptable. Occasional travel to customer and vendor sites may be necessary.

Salary Range:
$90,000 - $140,000
