We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead our team in the design and development of complex mechanical systems. Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of engineers in the design and development of mechanical systems, including propulsion, hydraulic, fuel, water, and mechanical systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all design requirements are met and that the final product meets the customer's needs.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including engineering reports, design specifications, and test procedures.
- Ensure that all design work is performed in accordance with relevant standards and regulations, including ASME and ANSI.
- Participate in the development of the company's engineering processes and procedures.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and designers.
- 10+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a strong background in propulsion, hydraulic, fuel, water, and mechanical systems.
- Experience leading small teams of engineers.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent deadlines and changing priorities. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
