Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of engineers in the design and development of mechanical systems, including propulsion, hydraulic, fuel, water, and mechanical systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all design and development activities are aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including engineering reports, design specifications, and technical manuals.
- Ensure that all design and development activities are conducted in accordance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Participate in the development of engineering processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and designers.
- 10+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on propulsion, hydraulic, fuel, water, and mechanical systems.
- Experience leading small teams of engineers.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations, including ASME and ANSI.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
