About the Role
We're seeking an accomplished Plant Operations Director to lead our manufacturing facility to new heights. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the plant, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining high standards of quality and productivity. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and implementing strategies to meet our business objectives and drive growth in the region.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide your team towards achieving our goals. Your intermediate computer skills will be essential in managing our inventory, tracking production, and analyzing data to inform your decisions. A strong analytical mind and problem-solving skills will also be critical in navigating the challenges of a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the plant, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet our business objectives, drive growth in the region, and improve overall efficiency.
- Lead and motivate your team to achieve our goals, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Manage our inventory, track production, and analyze data to inform your decisions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
We're looking for someone with:
- 4+ years of experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide your team.
- Intermediate computer skills, with experience in managing inventory, tracking production, and analyzing data.
