Rose Paving, a leading provider of paving services in Atlanta, GA, is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team.

About the Role

This is a full-cycle sales position responsible for procuring and maintaining clients, providing analysis of needs, submitting estimates, obtaining orders, and following through on sales opportunities.

  • Pursue new business opportunities through various marketing practices, including direct mail, referrals, trade shows, cold calls, etc.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Negotiate price and terms within company policy.
  • Prepare estimates for managing purposes, such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work, preparing bids, selecting vendors or subcontractors, and determining cost effectiveness.
  • Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to assist in estimate preparation.
  • Consult with clients, vendors, or other individuals to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with 5+ years of direct sales experience in a construction-related field. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management, excellent math and geometry skills, and knowledge of estimating in a paving or construction environment.

A competitive salary range for this role is $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
