Key Responsibilities:
  • Become an expert on GraMedica's devices through comprehensive training and independent study to effectively address inquiries and concerns from surgeons.
  • Identify strategic growth opportunities and maintain strong relationships with key surgeon users, financial managers, surgery centers, and hospitals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Prospect for new business by identifying and qualifying sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, and cold calling.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our medical products.
  • Build and maintain relationships with surgeons to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify potential opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, inventory management, and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform required case coverage and in-servicing.
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to document relevant customer information, sales activities, and customer interactions.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience within the medical device and healthcare industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and build rapport with healthcare professionals.
  • In-depth knowledge of medical products and services, with the ability to articulate their value proposition.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently to achieve sales targets.
  • Extensive amount of objective and subjective decision making, and use of judgment in non-routine situations.
  • Extensive amount of planning and prioritizing.
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within region for client meetings and industry events.
