Key Responsibilities:- Become an expert on GraMedica's devices through comprehensive training and independent study to effectively address inquiries and concerns from surgeons.
- Identify strategic growth opportunities and maintain strong relationships with key surgeon users, financial managers, surgery centers, and hospitals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Prospect for new business by identifying and qualifying sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, and cold calling.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our medical products.
- Build and maintain relationships with surgeons to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify potential opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, inventory management, and customer satisfaction.
- Perform required case coverage and in-servicing.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to document relevant customer information, sales activities, and customer interactions.
- Proven sales experience within the medical device and healthcare industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and build rapport with healthcare professionals.
- In-depth knowledge of medical products and services, with the ability to articulate their value proposition.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently to achieve sales targets.
- Extensive amount of objective and subjective decision making, and use of judgment in non-routine situations.
- Extensive amount of planning and prioritizing.
- Computer literate with knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within region for client meetings and industry events.
