Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team as an Associate Territory Sales Manager. This role will focus on selling medical devices and educating healthcare professionals on the benefits of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct full-cycle consultative sales, including prospecting, scheduling, and attending meetings, product demonstrations, in-services, closing, and follow-up.
  • Work with physicians, therapists, and other clinicians to increase awareness and educate on our medical devices.
  • Provide in-home product demonstrations and assist patients with questions.
  • Assist Territory Sales Managers with sales strategies and execution to surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Provide customer support through training and education in disease state, treatment protocols, reimbursement requirements, etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2+ years of outside sales experience.
  • Preferred but not required: sales experience with in-person product demonstrations.
  • Demonstrated success interacting with patients, customers, and clinicians.

What We Offer:

  • Base salary of $65,000.
  • Commission opportunity of up to $3000 per month.
  • Promotion to Territory Sales Manager with a salary increase and uncapped commissions. Top TMs are making $300k+.
