Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our healthcare team, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling phone calls.
  • Assist with clinical tasks, such as taking vital signs, preparing patients for exams, and performing basic laboratory tests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the waiting area, exam rooms, and medical supply inventory.
  • Collaborate with our healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient office operations.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely information exchange.
Requirements
  • Medical Assistant Certification
  • 1-2 years of experience in a medical office setting, preferably in pediatrics
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
