Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our team at Inn at the Pines Assisted Living and Memory Care. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with our healthcare team, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by the physician
  • Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate
  • Assist with patient assessments and document findings in medical records
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on healthcare procedures and self-care techniques
  • Maintain a clean and sterile environment in accordance with infection control protocols
  • Perform sterile processing of medical equipment and instruments
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience as an LPN (preferred)
