Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Associate to join our team at United Talent Staffing. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Care: Greet and check in patients upon arrival, schedule and confirm appointments, and answer and direct phone calls.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain patient records, ensure accurate data entry, handle billing inquiries, and process payments.
  • Office Operations: Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and faxing documents, and ensure the front office area is clean and organized.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a medical office or customer service is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and basic computer skills.
