Basic Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Information Technology, or a High School Diploma with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
A strong enthusiasm for utilizing technology to drive innovation and value creation.
A passion for leveraging applications and solutions to enhance productivity.
Experience in business architecture and/or technology strategy.
Demonstrated ability to connect business needs with technology solutions while evaluating qualitative and quantitative impacts to develop strategic options.

Experience collaborating with senior business leaders on strategic technology initiatives.
IT consulting experience, whether internal or external.
General knowledge of the financial services sector, including familiarity with insurance business processes.
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate complex topics succinctly (both verbal and written) in simple terms, adapting the approach based on the audience.
A willingness to learn, coupled with a proactive mindset and a strong bias towards action.
