About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Software Engineering to lead our product engineering teams within our WFM product family. As a key member of our Engineering organization, you will be responsible for driving the development, quality verification, and delivery of large-scale, high-availability solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and lead operational plans for product infrastructure development, creating new infrastructure components and expanding existing ones.
  • Manage the overall software development process, including architecture, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Lead a team of highly technical engineers through influential and inspirational leadership, participating in hiring, developing, and retaining critical talent.
  • Deliver high-quality enterprise-grade solutions under aggressive timelines and within budget.
  • Create processes, infrastructure, and a culture that enables a geographically dispersed team to collaborate effectively and create sustained, effective technological engineering practices across multiple competing product initiatives.
  • Work closely and in partnership with Product Management, Solutions Delivery, and Operations teams.
  • Manage customer escalations when needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of overall engineering experience, including a minimum of 6 years of management and leadership experience.
  • Experience building modern scalable UI using RESTful API, JS, and CSS.
  • Strong leadership, project management, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Expert-level technical knowledge: OOP, systems architecture, Java, and related frameworks, modern JScript frameworks, relational databases, CI/CD (tools and processes).
  • Hands-on experience architecting and supporting highly scalable solutions.
  • Good knowledge of software algorithms and design patterns.
  • Successful completion of Verint background screening process, including employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, and SS verification, and a credit check for travel-related roles.
Preferred Requirements
  • Masters degree in Computer Science or related field.
Compensation

$160K - $175K
