Responsibilities
- Provide strong leadership and coaching to direct reports, ensuring their growth and success.
- Drive the team towards achieving excellence in new business development through conducting team meetings to establish clear goals and objectives.
- Analyze client potential and justify associated risks to maintain the bank's integrity while fostering new commercial relationships.
- Enhance the bank's reputation and acquire new business opportunities through active involvement in community and professional organizations.
- Provide superior client service, cross-sell products, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements to drive the bank's success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial banking/lending.
- Demonstrated expertise in supervisory roles, with at least 5 years of experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of current financial industry regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and effective leadership skills.
- Proficiency in utilizing advanced Microsoft Office tools.
