We are in search of independent consultants to partner with our internal Sales team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving revenue by collaborating with educational leaders to identify district needs and aligning our solutions with those requirements, ultimately enhancing student success. As a School Partnership Sales Advisor, you will oversee a designated territory and manage the entire sales cycle for schools and small to mid-sized districts, from initial outreach to closing deals for both outbound prospects and inbound inquiries. This position is remote-based, with occasional local travel for strategic meetings and conferences.

If you possess a client-focused mindset, with the ability to build trust and rapport with educators, alongside the skills to listen, comprehend, and align 3P's value propositions to their needs, we would be eager to discuss this opportunity with you.

Key Qualifications:

  • Independent contractor with a proven track record in inside sales, particularly with supplemental K-12 educational software solutions emphasizing Mathematics and Literacy. Compensation will be based entirely on a commission structure linked to sales performance, with no base salary provided.
  • Sales-oriented with a comprehensive understanding of the challenges faced by teachers and educators in the K-12 environment.
  • Familiarity with and focus on essential metrics in this quota-driven role that lead to sales achievements.
  • Proficient and persistently focused on prospecting and establishing new business relationships.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and process-driven.
  • Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with sales tools, such as Salesforce, is advantageous.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, complemented by strong problem-solving abilities.
