Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team at proHNS LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with an approved scope of work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and scope.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including State, Federal, and Tribal Agency clients.
  • Supervise and lead a team of engineers, inspectors, sub-consultants, and other representatives.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring they are within approved limits.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Construction Management, Engineering, or Business.
  • At least ten years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in construction management software, such as Procore, Oracle, or similar.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly wage of $70+ per regular hour, with eligibility for overtime wages at 1.5x regular wage.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including access to our Medical Insurance plans with the employer paying 100% of the employee plan.
  • Eligibility to participate in our company 401k plan with up to a 4% contribution from the employer.
  • Paid time off and eight paid holidays.
  • Eligibility for an annual performance bonus.
