From Customer Service Representatives to Management roles, and from Store Operations Leader to Corporate Operations Manager or Franchise Owner, our organization offers a plethora of opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage expenses, drive sales, expand customer reach, and enhance store profitability.
- Lead team members in achieving operational excellence and upholding brand standards.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling of new team members.
- Provide ongoing training and development for your team and management staff.
- Ensure adherence to brand standards and company policies.
- Act as an operations expert on Domino's standards to optimize productivity.
- Guarantee consistently high-quality products and services for customers.
- Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Cultivate professional relationships and engage team members effectively.
- Serve as a mentor and operations expert for all store-level positions.
- Build strong connections with customers and the community.
- Handle cash management, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Oversee inventory control and management.

Minimum Qualifications:

What You Will Need:
- An OUTSTANDING and POSITIVE attitude
- Integrity and honesty
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license, registration, and insurance
- Ability to pass background checks and motor vehicle reports
- Previous experience in quick-service restaurants, preferably in the pizza sector (1-2 years preferred)
- A mindset of adaptability, accountability, self-motivation, and a passion for exceptional customer service and quality products
- Capability to train and engage team members effectively
- Commitment to collaborate with Human Resources and corporate teams to maintain excellent hiring practices and compliance with employment laws
- Experience in inventory management, labor cost control, and computer proficiency
- Ability to create and manage team member schedules effectively
- Proficiency in basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills
- Coordination skills for precise movements
- Ability to enter orders using a computer or touchscreen
- Familiarity with proprietary software systems
- Ability to comprehend and provide clear written instructions
- Good hearing and speaking skills for telephone communication
- Near and mid-range vision for in-store tasks
- Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces
- Skills to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work independently and collaboratively, manage stress, meet quality standards, analyze data, and make informed decisions
- Capability to stand for extended periods as most tasks require standing.
